Return and Exchange Policy | Arsh Al-Oud Specialized Company At Arsh Al-Oud Specialized, we prioritize your satisfaction. And because we deal with products of a special nature, our management has established these regulations to ensure your rights and protect our quality standards: First: Timeframes and General Conditions In consideration of legal guarantees, Arsh Al-Oud grants its customers the right to request an exchange or return of products within 7 days from the date of receipt, and the management does not consider any requests beyond this period. To accept returns, the product must remain in its original condition as created; it must not have been opened, sprayed, or used, and the consumer must not have gained any benefit from it. Arsh Al-Oud reserves the full right to inspect the product upon arrival at its warehouses to ensure its safety before approving compensation. Second: Costs and Logistics Fees In cases of exchange or return due to the customer's desire (without a defect), the consumer bears logistics costs estimated at 30 Saudi Riyals. If Arsh Al-Oud proves a technical defect or manufacturing flaw, the company bears all shipping and compensation costs without any additional fees to the customer. If the original order was shipped free of charge as part of a promotional offer, the actual shipping cost will be calculated and deducted from the refunded amount in case of return. Third: Refund Mechanism Bank transactions: Refunds are processed via electronic payment methods (Mada, Visa) within 7 to 14 working days after final approval. Installment systems: For orders via Tabi, Tamara, Madfoo3, refunds are exclusively handled through the platform used according to its policies. Bundles and offers: Partial returns are not accepted for "Fragrant Set" or "Special Offer"; the entire set must be returned in its original condition and packaging to ensure the request is accepted. Fourth: Exceptions (Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return) Due to the nature of our specialized products and to preserve public health, the following are excluded from the right of return: Oud and Incense World: Natural oud oils, various types of oud wood, oud Daqa, and all perfumed materials (due to the sensitivity of these materials and their susceptibility to impact from use or poor storage). Special Orders: Perfumes that are assembled or manufactured based on specifications set by the customer, and sample trials. Misuse: Any product showing signs of improper use or storage after receipt. International Orders: Arsh Al-Oud Specialized does not support the option of exchange or return for orders outside Saudi Arabia. Important Notes: If the customer is unable to receive the shipment, shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the customer wishes to resend, new shipping fees will apply.
